I love working with people who have hit a roadblock in their business and life as I was that woman!
I was once where you stand… feeling like I had achieved so much but yet there was so much more for me.
I was exhausted from doing what I “thought” was my soul work and yet I kept going until I eventually burnout.
This caused all sorts of symptoms like anxiety, shame, guilt and feeling constantly ill. Mentally I just could not figure out why this was happening , and I spent so much time in my head, creating the same feelings and results until one day I decided to go way beyond just the mind…
That meant a whole lot of internal excavation, tapping into my power source and healing the wounds that were quietly sabotaging me. And once I found a new way of accessing my Desires + Power legacy a completely new joyful level of the deepest fulfilment and business success flowed.
A few years on, 2 businesses later and now The Confidante to the top 1%. I have built a life following my soul, using my intuition and I help others do the same.
I've not only worked with the world's best mentors and teachers to build up my own skillset, I've now coached thousands of women around the world in my group programmes and private mentorship. I've seen first hand that anything is possible when you tune into your energy + desires, and that's what my work is about.

So many of us are living with shame, guilt, anxiety, stress and unresolved trauma which shapes how we think about, talk to and treat ourselves. Until reframed, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and our place in the world, along with the strategies we have developed to cope with difficult events and emotions continue to play out throughout our lives.
They impact everything from our professional performance, our relationships with ourselves and our families to our emotional and physical states. And these blocks create a blind spot between us and our desires and true vision. But the patterns of the inner critic and self-sabotaging actions can be broken, even after years of their presence.
